If emails are not being delivered to the Kronodoc user account, please try the following test (you must replace your own email address in the To field below) on the server and see diagnostic messages in the email server log files:
telnet Kronodoc Kronodoc.company.com 25
EHLO foobar.company.com
MAIL FROM: support@company.com
RCPT TO: user@company.com
